Payment Policy
FRC, through www.jankalyanawas.com, enables internet-based transactions with its offices. The service is subject to applicable laws, the IT Act, 2000, and related rules.
By creating an account and availing of any service on the Platform, you agree to these terms. Users providing false or junk data may have their profiles deactivated without notice. Multiple accounts for the same user may be deactivated.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to share your usage data with regulatory or legal authorities at its discretion, for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Payment Options
Payment options include internet banking, debit/credit cards from listed banks. Additional charges from banks/payment gateways may apply. Online application status can be tracked via the "Status" menu.
User Creation
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activities under your account.

General Obligations

Services Offered
This portal is an initiative under FRC's digital strategy aimed at making real estate services easily accessible. Objectives include:
- Providing 24/7 access to FRC services
- Minimizing the need for in-person visits
- Reducing administrative burden and processing times
- Encouraging digital engagement over physical interactions
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- The fees once paid will not be refunded for applications that are successfully submitted.
- Cancellation of applications shall not be entertained.
- The amount paid may be adjusted by the respective department as per their service rules.
- By default, all failed transactions are automatically refunded as per standard policy.
- Refunds may take a standard number of days to reflect in your account in case of Net Banking / Debit Card transactions, and the next billing cycle in case of Credit Card transactions.
- In case of excess payment, the amount will be settled as per the rules of the respective departmental services.
